Is it private and is my photo kept?

No photo is kept. No information is given or shared with third parties. Once you receive the match, the image is deleted and is gone forever from our system.

 

Message says that it could not detect face but my photo has a face in it

Things to check - Try either getting closer to the camera or moving farther away. Make sure that there is nothing occluding (hiding) part of the face. What is the lighting like? Is it too dark, too light?

 

 

It doesn't look like me

Check the quality of the photo that you are using. Refer to the section above. If it still doesn't work, please send the photo that you used and the name of the person that you were matched against to support@despinoza.com

NOTE We do not keep your photo so have no way of checking the results unless you send the photo.
